Need to cancel or change a recent order?

If your order is still processing, we may be able to help. Email hello@sumospice.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to cancel or edit it.

Where is my order?

You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. If tracking says your Sumo Spice order was delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors, your household, mailroom, front desk, parcel locker, or any alternate delivery location first. If it still hasn’t turned up, email hello@sumospice.com with your order number.

My jar arrived damaged or leaking. What should I do?
