At Sumo Spice, your satisfaction comes first. We stand behind every jar we make, and that’s why we created the Sumo Guarantee—our simple, worry-free return policy.

What’s Covered

  • All U.S. Orders – Every purchase shipped within the USA is covered.

  • Any Reason – Defective or not, new or opened, if you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right.

  • Refund or Exchange – Choose a refund or try another flavor—we’re happy to swap it out.

Return Window

  • Standard Policy – Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

  • Holiday Policy – Purchases made from Thanksgiving through December are covered until January 31.

How Returns Work

  • Return Options – Products can be returned by mail or in person at our headquarters.

  • No Restocking Fee – You’ll never be charged for sending something back.

  • Return Shipping – A prepaid return label is not included. If mailing back, customers are responsible for return shipping unless we let you know it’s not required.

Refund Timing

  • Processing – Refunds or exchanges are approved and processed by Sumo Spice within 2 business days.

  • Credit Card Timelines – Your bank or card issuer may take longer to reflect the refund, and that’s out of our control.

How to Start a Return

Email our customer service team at hello@sumospice.com with your order number and reason for return (even if it’s just “didn’t vibe with the flavor”). We’ll take it from there.
