Think of it as a flavor booster: drizzle the oil for gentle warmth, scoop the crunch for texture, and try it on everyday meals. Here are some ideas:

Ginza Garlic

• Eggs any style: spoon over scrambled, fried, or an omelet fold.

• Avocado toast: mash in a teaspoon for instant “garlic bomb.”

• Dumpling dip: 1 Tbsp Ginza + 1 Tbsp soy + 1 tsp rice vinegar.

• Pizza finisher: drizzle over hot slices, then a squeeze of lemon.

• Garlic fried rice: toss into leftover rice with scallions.

Fuji Fire

• Wing glaze: Fuji + honey + splash soy → toss hot wings and finish with lime.

• Fire noodles: stir into buttered noodles with scallions + sesame.

• Loaded nachos: spoon over chips with beans, cheese, and pickled jalapeños.

• Smash burger sauce: 2 Tbsp mayo + 1 tsp Fuji + pickle brine.

Kyoto Curry

• Curry mayo for fries: 2 Tbsp mayo + 1 tsp Kyoto + pinch salt.

• Veggie bowl finisher: spoon over roasted cauliflower or sweet potatoes.

• Curry egg salad: 2 tsp Kyoto + chopped chives + squeeze of lemon.

• Udon stir-fry: toss Kyoto with veggies, tofu/chicken, and a splash of soy.

• Katsu drizzle: spoon over chicken or pork katsu with shredded cabbage.

• Curry corn: melt into butter and brush over grilled corn, add lime + cilantro.

Tokyo Twist

• Chili-lime crema: ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt + 1–2 tsp Tokyo + lime juice → taco topper.

• Avocado upgrade: spoon over sliced avo with flaky salt.

• Fish or shrimp tacos: toss seafood with Tokyo + lime → sear; finish with cabbage and crema.

• Fried rice or pad-thai-style noodles: stir in for citrusy heat.

All-natural ingredients cooked in avocado oil, no seed oils, no artificial preservatives. We don’t add sugar or MSG. Check each flavor’s label for the full list.

Always read the jar label before use. Ginza Garlic and Fuji Fire both contain soy and sesame. Kyoto Curry and Tokyo Twist contain sesame.

Sumo Spice Chili Crisps are naturally vegan. They are not certified gluten-free and could contain trace amounts of gluten.

Store in a cool, dry place. Stir if the crunchy bits settle. For peak crunch, use within one year of opening (it’ll last longer, but flavor’s best when fresh).

Spice scales vary by flavor—from “friendly heat” to “sumo slap.” See each product page for a heat meter. Ginza Garlic is very mild. Tokyo Twist and Kyoto Curry have a medium-level of heat. Fuji Fire is the spiciest chili crisp.

The spiciness of peppers does range depending on the batch and season, so despite our best efforts to keep spice levels consistent, they can vary.

Totally normal—give it a stir. The crisp will rise to the occasion. We recommend stirring before each use.

We stand by every jar. If you’re not thrilled, we’ll refund your first purchase of a flavor within 30 days of delivery—no drama, no questions asked.

We try our best to make sure your product arrives in perfect condition, but sometimes things happen. Please email hello@sumospice.com so our Sumo Support can make it right with a refund or replacement.

We move fast—most orders are picked/packed within 1–2 business days. If you need a change, email hello@sumospice.com ASAP with your order number and the update (address, item, cancel). Once an order’s shipped, we can’t change it.

Check with neighbors/household, look for mailroom/parcel lockers, and wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early). If still missing, ping us with your order # and we’ll investigate.

One code per order; codes can’t be added after checkout (our system locks charges the moment you place your order).

Processing is 1–2 business days; transit is typically 3–7 business days depending on your region and carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx). The product ships standard from Utah.

You’ll get a tracking email when your jar squad ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scan.
